Josh, a licensed builder, has been working on custom homes for almost 20 years. Graduating from Aquinas College in 2003, he began his career in custom carpentry managing a team working on large residential new construction and renovation projects. His attention to detail and true appreciation for custom carpentry naturally attracted interest in custom home construction. At LH, Josh focuses his time on the jobsite, working with customers, and managing projects. Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Randi, and 4 young children, hunting, fishing, sports and building!
Tyler brings a broad base of experience in both commercial and residential construction with 20 years of experience in the industry. Previously working for a large commercial contractor, Tyler understands how to manage large projects. He has a hands on approach, and often will be seen wearing a tool belt on the job. Tyler focuses his time on managing projects, from estimation to completion. In his spare time Tyler enjoys enjoy time doing projects on his hobby farm, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Jeremy and Josh met at Aquinas College where they played baseball together and were roommates. With background in finance & operations, in 2014 they came together to start Lown Homes. Jeremy currently focuses on overall business strategy, finance and business development for Lown Homes. In his personal time Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and three energetic kids, coaching and keeping up with their schedules. Jeremy is also Principal with Bill Payne at BPV, a private investment and advisory firm based in Ada, MI.
Bill brings to Lown Homes a 40–year career at Amway with a range of roles, concluding as Vice Chairman. Over those 40 years, Bill was known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to drive execution and leadership through times of change. He accomplished this by creating an environment of trust, open communication, resolve, and bringing parties together to find the ultimate right solution for the opportunities and challenges that present themselves. Bill focuses his time on business development and strategy at LH. In his spare time he enjoys time with his wife Jillane, three kids, and four grand kids. He is also a Principal with Jeremy Frost at BPV, a private investment and advisory firm based in Ada, MI.
